3. Booking & Payments

  • Appointments can be booked online, via WhatsApp, or by phone.

  • Payment must be made in advance or at the time of service.

  • We accept cash, credit cards, and online transfers (via approved payment providers).

  • No refunds are issued for completed sessions.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • FixUrMotion is not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions, or health complications that arise before, during, or after treatments.

  • By using our services, you waive any claims against FixUrMotion and its staff.
